Hats off to the Service Department. We had an emergency, we had lost valuable documents under the console and we only had a few hours before we needed to use those documents. We know how busy they are and thought they could never have enough time to help us. They made room for us and within minutes they were able to get into the console and recover the lost documents. They really saved our bacon................oops, not that bacon. We have always been able to depend on them for the best service (20 years). A huge thank you to Kevin (service Mgr.) for giving us the help we needed and to Rick (A+ Tech) for his expert knowledge and skill. He was able to pull it off in less than 15 minutes from the time I drove onto the lot. Amazing...... Just goes to show you what happens when you're dealing with the best. The very best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle! Everything was done over the phone in one day and my 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat was delivered 300 miles to my house the very next day. A little over a year ago, December 2014, my husband mentioned to one of the salesmen at Bill McRae that some time in the New Year we would be looking for a good used mid sized SUV while waiting on some routine maintenance on his pick- up. The next thing he knew, that salesman came driving up in a beautiful 2011 Lincoln MKX- like new, one owner, about 40K miles. They had taken it as a trade on a 2015 frim a repeat customer. Needless to say it far exceeded our expectations in what we would be able to find. The whole process was very smooth and within less than 24 hours I was driving out with my new to me car. We have truly enjoyed everything about owning our Lincoln, and about our maintenance and upkeep visits back to Bill McRae!
